Art Club
Continue exploring your creativity by bringing your own artwork, working on unfinished pieces from Holly’s class, or catching up because you missed a guided session.

Bingo
Wind down after weekly entertainment with an in-house game of Bingo. Members have the chance to win gifts donated by fellow members of the center.
Blood Pressure Screenings by Kara
Stop in and have your blood pressure checked as part of this free monthly wellness service.
Brunch Bunch
Join the Brunch Bunch as members travel to different restaurants to meet, eat, and socialize together once a month. This is a pay-as-you-go activity.

Cards / Parlor Games
Come join in or bring your own foursome to play 500 Bid or your own favorite card club game.
Chair Massages by Brenda Dettrey, LMT
Signed-up members must be at the center between 10:00–10:30 AM and will be taken in the order they signed up. If you are a no-show, you may be skipped or placed at the end of the list. No walk-ins.
Chapel Time
Led by member Pastor Eddie Miller and joined on piano by Claire Jordan, this monthly gathering offers inspiration, music, fellowship, reflection, and spiritual encouragement in a warm community setting.

Dance Fit with Heather Cintron
Start moving and grooving with instructor Heather Cintron. This upbeat class uses simple dance moves that are easier on the joints while helping improve flexibility and fitness. Best for those able to move freely on their feet. Not recommended for anyone needing a cane or walker.
Drumming with Heather
Get your heart pumping with this seated drumming class that uses buckets and pool noodles as drumsticks. Designed to improve upper body strength, coordination, and endurance, this class combines simple movements with rhythmic fun—leaving you energized and smiling.

Fitness Class with Steve Newport
Steve leads a fun, active class with humor, encouragement, and modifications for different ability levels. This one-hour class is conducted primarily while seated and offers a dynamic routine to support your fitness journey.

Get Moving Exercise Class
A lively and enjoyable class for all fitness levels with seated and standing activities including stretching, breathing, bending, and movement to uplifting music. Bonnie guides each session in a supportive way whether you are seated, using a chair for balance, or moving around the room.

Haircuts by Missy Miegle

Intergenerational Program with Dragonflies & Grasshoppers of Otterbein Early Education Center
Spend time with daycare children ages 4 and 5 while helping with crafts and fun activities that bring smiles across generations.

Millek's Sandwiches Monthly Sale
Fresh 12" subs are $7 and pretzel sandwiches and sandwich roll sandwiches are $6. Orders and money are due the 2nd Wednesday of each month before noon. Pickup is the following week on the 3rd Wednesday from 10:00 AM–1:00 PM, January through November.
Moving and Grooving Exercise Class
This lively class combines elements of yoga with upbeat music and movement for all abilities. Bonnie leads stretching, breathing, and bending in a way that encourages everyone to participate, whether seated or standing.
Muscle Mechanics
Join Steve Newport for a 45-minute session designed to improve mobility and strength. Originally crafted to support individuals dealing with movement challenges, this class is a great place to begin. The motto is simple: keep moving.

New Visions York Intergenerational Program (LIU-12)
During the school year, students from New Visions York, part of Lincoln Intermediate Unit 12 life skills programming, volunteer at the center helping in the kitchen and assisting with setup and cleanup. When time allows, they also join members in games and activities, creating meaningful intergenerational connections.

Paint with Holly: Painting with Acrylics
Enjoy monthly guided classes where Holly helps you create artwork for your home or as gifts. No matter your experience level, she will guide you on your artistic journey while you socialize and create something special.
Penn-Mar Intergenerational Program
Adult volunteers from Penn-Mar in New Freedom, PA and Westminster, MD visit the center to participate in activities, share lunch, and help with setup and cleanup. Their presence brings joy, kindness, and meaningful connection to our members.
Property Tax/Rent Rebate Appointments
Espe Treviño, Rep. Joe D’Orsie’s District Legislative Aide, offers individual appointments at the center to help community members file Property Tax/Rent Rebate applications. Their office also assists with many other state-related services.

Social Dancing
Enjoy dancing, music, and movement in a fun, social setting. This activity is a great way to improve coordination, stay active, and enjoy time with others while learning and practicing steps together.
Sugar Checks & Blood Pressures by Barb Kuhn, RN
Monthly wellness support including sugar checks and blood pressure screenings.
